Very nice house, the place was quiet and beautiful! The only thing is the access to the subdivision is a bit lioso, because each exit and entry registers the access again as if it were the first time, but well that is foreign to the host.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Eva's house, because we love coming to a place that's very familiar to us. With an excellent location, with equipment according to the description, clean, with privacy, a fairly attractive price. Eva María is a host with extensive experience and does not miss an opportunity to be attentive and respond effectively and expeditiously to the requests made to her. That's why it has become our preferred accommodation in the port of Veracruz.

A very well-suited house for a large family and even better for people with disabilities. I highly recommend it with the lift and the ramps. The pool is delicious and the air conditioning is excellent! The hosts are super helpful and friendly. I recommend it a thousand percent!!!

Mr. Victor is an excellent host, and the location is privileged. In the heart of the city of Xalapa, it is an extremely quiet, private space with a beautiful view of trees and plants. Easy access to various places: museums, cafes, restaurants, cultural spaces, popular food markets, banks, etc. This is the second time I've stayed with him, the mini apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation option, especially in relation to Quality-Price. The room has the essentials for the stay, including air conditioning. Salvador is a very accessible host, he allowed me to arrive before my check in to drop off my luggage, and the check in was ready before the time described. The location is good, close to the beach and many very good bars and restaurants in the area. To mention a negative point, I would only comment that the water in the shower was not very hot, but with the heat it was not something that was missed much😅.

In general, the apartment is very nice, only the detail of cleaning the closets and that the shower in the secondary bathroom needs replacement. It would be a nice touch to put air freshener in the toilets.

The accommodation is better than a hotel, very clean, tidy, we loved the decoration, well equipped. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice and quiet place. It's one block from the esplanade, so it's perfect for walking without any problems☺️

Excellent, one of the best experiences in a stay by the hosts, everything was explained, they did not leave any loose ends in the explanation, it was only difficult to regulate the shower in heat - cold but from there the communication was great, at this point it is highly valued because many hosts only see their need and forget the user as is currently the case in Uber but here the hosts are wonderful, I was fascinated by their attention
