Nice well-equipped apartment! Well located to visit the centre of Puebla. Everything works well and it's nice to spend time there. The only criticism is that the apartment is on a noisy street at peak times, but the windows insulate the noise well. That said, it's difficult to open the windows to ventilate given the noise, which makes it a little hot.

Nice and quiet stay. It does not have a washing machine or space to wash but the rest. Highly recommended, nice room and full kitchen 👌🏾

My family and I were delighted with the place, as apart from being nice, it is accessible to me since it is on the first floor. The whole place is impeccable. I would gladly return.

5 Stars – A Beautiful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Our stay at this property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The home itself was exceptionally clean, well-kept, and just as lovely as the pictures—if not more! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible hospitality from Luis, the manager. He was attentive, kind, and always available. When one of our guests became ill, Luis quickly recommended a doctor who came to the house and provided care—something we were extremely grateful for. We did experience low water pressure at one point, but Louise addressed the issue right away and resolved it efficiently. His responsiveness and care made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Thank you, Luis, for making our trip so enjoyable!

Edgar was very kind and attentive. He sent us detailed instructions to get to the accommodation, which was very helpful. The security guard at the entrance was also very helpful and even helped us with our luggage. Everything was perfect. The room is very spacious, clean and at night it is very quiet.
