Within the radius of 100 meters there is harbour, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, glass kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the lighthouse Långe Jan 7 km.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

A gem in the middle of the World Heritage. We have been renting for many years. Warmly welcome Ventlinge is about 10 km from Ottenby. Electric car charging station with 2 charging sockets with 17kW in each socket.

Uthuset in Hagbyhamn, Kalmar

Fresh apartment in the countryside in Hagbyhamn, 20 km south of Kalmar in a soothing environment in the countryside. Walking distance, 500 meters to the jetty bath, 1.5 km to the sandy beach. Close to Möreleden, 15 km long nice walk along the coast. 6 km to Hagby church, one of Sverie's five round churches.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
