As nature lovers in search of tranquillity, we acquired this old farmhouse nestled in a green setting, surrounded by pastures, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

We welcome you to our house, which is ideal for discovering our region steeped in history (Chemin des Dames), architecture (Châteaux, Cathédrales), gastronomy (Château de Courcelles, Fére en Tardenois, Route de Champagne) and leisure (Center Parc, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, equestrian center). Finally, we are located in the Soissons, Laon, Reims triangle south of the Aisne at the gates of Champagne and 1.5 hours from Paris. Above all, we want everyone to be comfortable.

Our outbuilding, located next to our house, has just been totally remodeled and arranged to accommodate a couple, two children and 1 baby (1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 90, 1 umbrella bed) The pool, heated to 28° as well as our garden are at your disposal. The Hotte-Schmit family welcomes you in this superb property, a farm entirely renovated at the gates of Reims. Its location in the heart of the Champagne vineyard and its tranquillity will ensure you a peaceful and pleasant stay. On site, you will discover our terroir and introduce you to the testing of our wines. Our gite has 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a private garden and terrace and shops are nearby.

Chapters in Champagne

Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.

The Crayères gîte in the Reims mountains

Located 10 minutes from Reims, our apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV (flat screen) and Wi-Fi. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with separate toilet. In addition, you benefit from secure parking (vehicle and bike) inside our property. For health and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed in this home.
