The unit have Wi-fi and high speed internet and 2 T.V.s Free assigned parking in the same condo with control access. The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

Walkable area, old San Juan close by and many food and shopping option within walking distance. You will wake up seeing the beach directly in front of you and go to bed with the sound of the waves! **WE CANNOT STORE LUGGAGE** Check in time 3PM-checkout 11AM Absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment.

Enjoy a stylish and unique experience at this amazing apartment in the heart of Condado. You will find at walking distance beautiful beaches, the Condado lagoon and restaurants. 15 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes from Old San Juan. If you plan to spend your stay in the Condado and Old San Juan areas, we recommend not renting a car since street parking is extremely limited and parking lots are expensive.
