I would like to welcome you to my guest suite. I think that you will find my small suite very cozy and have everything that you need. You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, I’ve worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. 15 mins to all main universities.

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit.

A comfortable private lower level (no stairs) apartment in the lower level of our home. We are in a country setting near interstate 79. Casual decor in a private space. Attractions 10-25 minutes of this location include: Key Bank Pavilion, Montour Trail, Southpointe Business Park, Southpointe Golf Club, dining, Meadows Racetrack and Casino, Tanger Outlets, Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Washington & Jefferson College as well as all of the attractions downtown Pittsburgh has to offer.

It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
