In Nibes old town you will find the city's second oldest house, one of the charming fishermen's houses that oozes coziness. The house is located in the heart of the city, close to several shopping opportunities, a pharmacy, Denmark's best ice cream house (Guf&Kugler), a small playground, and lovely nature. There is a cozy urban environment, with lovely shops, it is possible to have a delicious lunch or dinner at Julins, or order take away. It is furnished with living room (double sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and loft. The apartment is suitable for 4 people and is about 45m2. There is a nice south-west facing terrace/patio with outdoor furniture. The location is top notch for those who want to enjoy Løkkens charming city life, and at the same time stay in a very quiet setting. Pets are not allowed.

Our house is within walking distance of Løgstør city center, Løgstør Harbor & Beach and Løgstør's beautiful canal, where you can go for lovely walks. In addition, the house offers a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy food and grill on the barbecue. We also have an amber lamp for those of you who would like to go amber hunting along the beach at Limfjorden.
