House with lovely garden, close to town and park

Newly built houses from 2021 with a wonderful garden with trampoline and sandpit, as well as a terrace where you can soak up the sun. The patio can extend the evening without freezing. There are both garden sets and lounge sets for the terrace, as well as a barbecue and bonfire. There is a large kitchen/living room with dining area for six people, as well as a junior and high chair. We have two bathrooms, three rooms, one playroom with possibility for bedding and two with double bed and double bed and junior bed. Carport with ample opportunity for free parking for multiple cars.

Lejen er inklusiv el, varme og vand, hvor vi forventer et normalt forbrug. Hvis du skal fylde en stor pool, så aftal en pris. Vi har Clever el-ladestander til bil, som må benyttes, hvis du har dette.
