The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
