My dear dad and I jointly adapted and decorated it in 2022. There are 2 more apartments on the same floor of the building, and on the ground floor there is a business space/ tailor shop. Since it's in the courtyard, it's peace and quiet all day. Free parking for guests is available in a specially marked place inside the courtyard, and there is a tram stop nearby.
