You’ll stay in a private and peaceful setting right by the lake, surrounded by natures calm – yet still close to both the archipelago and the city. Here you’ll find tranquility, beautiful views and thoughtful details that make the stay feel confortable like home. Living room – Bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows facing both the treetops and the lake just a few steps away. There’s a dining area, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and books, board games and light workout equipment available to borrow. Kitchen – Modern and fully equipped for convenient cooking: double hotplates, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee press and all the utensils and tableware you need. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided – so you can always enjoy a warm cup with the view. Bathroom/WC – Fresh and fully tiled with shower, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. A washing machine is available for longer stays and laundry, so you can travel with lighter luggage. Sleeping loft – Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft with a made-up double bed (can be separated into two single beds – let us know if you’d like this prepared), a spacious wardrobe, hangers, iron, extra blankets and books for calm, slow mornings and restful evenings to unwind before bedtime.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende i naturreservat nära Stockholm. Vi hyr ut vår gästhus med tillhörande växthus beläget i Nacka med närhet till hav och sjö, 25 minuter med bil från Stockholm city. Stugan är på 30 kvm med sovloft, toalett, utedusch och kokvrå. Sovloft med dubbelsäng och en mindre madrass. På nedervåningen, soffa och en madrass med sovplats för en person var. Sommartid finns möjlighet till vandring och bad i sjö och hav, vintertid till längd- och skridskoåkning i området.

Området erbjuder fina promenadstråk, badplatser och skärgårdskänsla samtidigt som Stockholms innerstad nås på cirka 20 minuter med bil eller 35 min med buss. Perfekt för avkoppling året runt.

Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Need a simple and nice place to stay for your Stockholm visit? We have a newly renovated guesthouse just 30 minutes from Stockholm city! The house has its own bathroom, WC and shower, as well as a simple pantry with fridge, microwave, water boiler and cooking stove. We provide complete bedding for up to two. One room with one bed but there is room for a mattress if you are two. You have your own door facing the street in a nice, family friendly suburban neighborhood. Welcome! :)
