The outdoor area, featuring a berth and floating jetty, is perfect for relaxing days by the water, with a bathing ladder for those who enjoy a refreshing swim. The house is on stilts, has a private terrace and a long common jetty with the few houses around. Excellent starting point for boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, SUP, cycling and hiking trails. On the jetty you can enjoy quiet evenings with amazing sunsets.

There is a great fishing lake nearby where it is possible to rent a boat and buy a fishing license. It is about 11 km to the center of Brønnøysund, it is 500 meters to the ferry that goes to Vega and Forvik/Tjøtta
