Holiday rentals with beach access in Vega Baja

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

Carmen was VERY ATTENTIVE ! Myself and my husband absolutely loved the scenery! The beach was lovely and having it 2 min from our location was superb! Also there was a little conflict and Carmen immediately offered a full refund which I declined and instead asked for an amount to be taken off of full amount which Carmen was quick to agree to ! I again loved our stay and anytime we are in PR and this unit is available we will absolutely book here again !

We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems, he was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work, he had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

Highly recommend this spot for stay, especially if you have kids. Being able to walk directly out back to the beach was great. House was very clean and well kept with several amenities, games, beach supplies, etc. You won’t regret staying here!

Manlio’s place was a very nice place to stay at. Especially for solo travelers or for two. Everything came out as it was described. Beautiful views with privacy. Weather was a bit rainy and windy at times but that comes with the tropics. Manlio was very responsive as he stayed on site and had good recommendations on local restaurants and places to visit! Me and my sister enjoyed very much!

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

This home is truly a little piece of paradise made even better by all the thoughtful, comfortable, and beautiful touches by Brenda and Javier. We literally loved every single thing about the place - the views, the tropical plants & flowers, the deck, the comfy beds, the freshly fallen mangos, the privacy, the nature sounds at night. etc, etc. Brenda & Javier were also helpful and super quick to respond when we needed some area recommendations, and which were all great recommendations! We enjoyed our stay sooo much and had so much fun and relaxation there! We felt so lucky to have spotted a coqui frog on our last night too! Thanks for amazing memories here B & J!

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. Thank you Javier, I would definitely choose your location anytime.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Manish's Beach Pad is exactly as advertised!!! You can be on the beach within about 3 minutes. Yes, location is key, but let's say you got a little burned and wanted to stay in, you can do that as well. Manish has made sure you have everything you need to feel right at home. Not only do you have everything you will need, you are very very secure. Candado is already the safest place on the island, but the security measures to enter this place is 4 fold and you will certainly appreciate it. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Manish's Beach Pad. As long as he is hosting, we will keep coming back to this exact location. Manish, thank you so so so very much for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!!

When we first arrived, the set up and the view. Absolutely stunning. There are also blue lights for the night that was a great mood setter. Really love colored LED lights and was pleasantly surprised with this feature. AC works very well and the TV had plenty options. We went down to the beach and rented the jetskis that was slightly to the left of the beach access gate for the building. Bugs were not an issue at all. Amazing experience here and would definitely come back. The hostess is also very kind and gave clear instructions for everything and i felt very safe here. Security in front is always on duty.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!
