Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Vega Baja del Segura

I stayed in Murcia for a month and had a very good stay in the apartment. It had everything I needed such as a kitchen stuff and a washing machine. The apartment is also located nicely halfway between the city center and the university campus (which are easily reachable by the main tram line which stops close by) and there is a supermarket around the corner. The only small thing which could be improved is the WiFi which was a bit slowish and the signal strength is a bit low. Finally Jose and kids have been very kind in picking me up at the busstation and are quick in responding when you need some further information. So I can definitely recommend this!

Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

La ubicación es muy cercana a la playa, el piso es lo adecuado a ese precio, tiene todo el equipamiento de un piso normal.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for the amenities in the apartment we rented from you. The apartment has everything you need that makes it very easy to stay in it. Thank you very much for the capsules for washing, because we did not have any and with children it is impossible not to wash. (the only wish is that you buy a dryer for things because one rope on the balcony is very small) Thank you again, we wish you good tenants.

Es un apartamento muy recomendable. Es como si estuvieras en un hotel pero con casa particular. Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. La piscina es fantástica.

bel appartement avec toutes les commodités. accès à la piscine de la résidence et une terrasse sur toit privé. la mer pas loin et la ville à côté.

Une belle surprise ce logement. Au coeur d’alicante Facile d’accès L’entré de l’immeuble et les espaces en commun sont à l’aire du temps, le hall à la New-yorkaise Le sous-sol avec son espace laverie/séchoir reste tres pratique surtout quand on voyage un bébé comme moi. Quant au logement, il est très moderne bien agencé. Tout les équipements pour bébé sont présents, un vrai plus (lit bébé, chaise haute et baignoire) De belles portes fenêtres, de beaux volumes Ni trop petit ni trop grand Tout était neuf, propre et fonctionnel ce qui est rare à trouver surtout à Alicante (centre) Le lit est confortable La salle de bain spacieuse et pratique (meme pour les personnes à mobilité réduite) la douchette au WC. La cerise c’est l’endroit, tout est à proximité, rue très mouvementée pendant la journée et le soir on oublie complètement qu’on est en plein centre. We had a great stay in Torrevieja. The apartment was superb, clean, quiet, with a great view of the sea. Konstantin was excellent to deal with, collecting us from the airport, stopping at the supermarket so we could get groceries, and giving us helpful advice. We will definitely be back and will be very happy to deal with Konstantin again.

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Det var et fantastisk opphold😊 Vi anbefaler virkelig denne boligen. Stedet var perfekt for oss, og midt i sentrum kort avstand til strand og alle restauranter. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake.

Nice apartment in wonderful location, it has everything you may need for a perfect stay, not just a regular Airbnb-prepared apartment, but feels like a home. Neighborhood is pretty and calm, small city, nice shops with fresh seafood, restaurants, everything’s near. Lidia is a nice host always ready to help. Willing to stay in future!

Pim is quite nice and warmhearted! We had nice conversations and he shared few interesting stories. The room and all facilities were great and convenient!
