Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1*140cm 1*160cm), eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Bad. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Zur Anlage gehören ein Grillplatz sowie ein Spielplatz welche von den Gästen genutzt werden dürfen.

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
