Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. The "La Ruchette" gite is located in the heart of Prenois, a pleasant and quiet village, close to the Dijon-Prenois motor racing circuit. We are surrounded by trails suitable for outdoor activities. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, is a 15-minute drive away. All shops 10 minutes away. The recently enlarged cottage sleeps 4, with the possibility of parking a vehicle in a closed and secure courtyard. Breakfast offered at an extra cost, €8/person (given the night before)

Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.
