The Appendix, our accommodation is an outbuilding of the house not overlooked directly, with private access. Quiet studio and ideally located in Annecy Seynod, 5 min by car from the center of Annecy, 15 min by bus from the train station, 30 min walk from the center, 30 min by car from the ski. Close to the mountains, the lake, you can enjoy the outdoor areas of the house as a couple, or solo. Multiple on site parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped and the accommodation is air-conditioned if needed.

The accommodation is comfortable and functional and also has private outdoor spaces. Ideal for 2 people (Not suitable for babies and young children). The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

15 km from Annecy (20 min), in the countryside, 38 m2 independent studio in the owners' house. Close to Lake Annecy, you will be quiet with panoramic views of the mountains (Mont Blanc, Tournette, etc...). The cottage is close to many hiking or mountain biking trails and tourist attractions. Linens and towels not provided (possibility to rent them). If renting for 5 nights or more, we provide them free of charge. Cleaning is to be done at the end of the stay.

With its three bedrooms as well as its equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains.

Nonglard is a very quiet little village 12 km from Annecy. I am retired, so available to welcome and advise you. Check-in time is flexible. The grounds are enclosed, accessed by electric gate.
