Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vaud

I'm happy to have discovered this quiet oasis in the Vallamand vineyards. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them but left enough privacy even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for peace and quiet as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery while enjoying the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The patio is like in another world, the decor is simple but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time because I feel like I'm born again after the stay. Thank you Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

Nothing to say except thank you to Thomas for his welcome, kindness and availability. The place is exactly as in the photos, it is a peaceful place with breathtaking scenery. We felt safe and comfortable the whole stay. Go there without so much as a second thought!

We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from home. We will definitely return, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who was always very helpful with advice.

House had a great location, just a few minutes from the train station. The views were spectacular, I could look at the lake and those mountains all day. Lots of amenities and fun things to do at the house.

Great apartment overlooking Mont Blanc. Perfect for visiting Lausanne and its beautiful surroundings. We were there with our baby and it's perfect as a size of accommodation. We would recommend it in a second.

Sébastian's place is in a great location for things to do in nature, be it for bike rides, biking, hiking. The surroundings are very beautiful, the impressive, ores gorge close by. The apartment is well furnished and very spacious, the kitchen functional and with the necessary utensils to cook. Sébastian lives right next door and is available for questions about things to do. He can give great tips for things to do in the area. The bus stop is right outside the door, you can shop in the nearby town of Orbe. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

The accommodation is quietly located in a hearty village, ideal for driving down. The host is easily accessible and there if you have any questions. The studio exactly matches the information and photos and is clean. The nearby forest is within walking distance for relaxing walks.

I had a very lovely time in Montreux at Gwendoline’s apartment. I can say that this has been my best Airbnb stay so far. The apartment is so beautifully done, spacious enough for two people. It has a balcony and a lake view which is so pretty. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre so very convenient to go see all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re in the area.

The stunning location offered an unparalleled view, a true 10/10 that provided the most serene backdrop for my much-needed downtime. It was genuinely the perfect place to completely recharge. We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Lovely farm in a very quiet neighborhood. My kids enjoyed a lot the experience of the farm, the animals, and the surroundings. It was a perfect stay for anyone that wanna visit the region. We were going around Gruyere, Bern and Fribourg.
