Calypso’s stone house

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Blue olive experience: Out of the box living

A unique experience in the heart of Sithonia, between the peaks of Olympus and Athos. On a 15-acre property with a 200-year-old family olive grove and exclusive access to a canyon of wild beauty, we built a unique residence in all of Greece entirely of river and sea stones, surrounded by the blue of the sea and the green of the forest. It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

Halkidium

The house is located at the beginning of the old settlement of Nikiti. This is a newly renovated space that in the past has been a historic building that functioned as a Chalkidio (old iron shop). It is a detached house that has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as 2 air conditioners in each area of the house. The house also has a spacious terrace and private parking.

”VACATION HOUSE” has three self-contained fully equipped apartments. All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.

Villa kladi is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea

Studio 25m2 with full equipped kitchen, A/C, refrigerator, toast - coffee machine, hot water, bathroom with shower, amazing balcony with awning , very suitable for 3 persons, 50m from the beach, 30m from village centre. Metamorphosis is surrounded by a pine tree forest with very good climate. Due to climate there are 3 children summer camps.
