Welcome to our atypical and warm 50 m2 apartment located in the city center of Metz, 200 m from the majestic cathedral. The apartment has an ideal location since it is located: 2 min walk: The Cour d'Or Museum, the departure of the little train to visit the city of Metz, the Town Hall. 5 min walk to: The opera theater, the new temple, the covered market, the Place de Chambre, Les Trinitaires concert hall 15 min walk to the water 17 min on foot from train station

On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of about 18 m2 with a double bed, TV, desk. Upstairs, a bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, living room, relaxation area (billiards, foosball, darts, library) Outdoor area (bocce ball, T de T, picnic table, basketball, swimming pool/summer). Wooden hangar-type house 15 minutes from the Metz-Nancy highway, 25 minutes from Metz city center and 45 minutes from Nancy Nearby services (Aldi, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, tobacconist, café).

Country House

Country house in a bucolic setting in a very quiet village at the foot of the Delme coast (nature reserve). Bath linen available and beds prepared before your arrival. On the outside, two terraces, one with a levee and a large lot. For my part (Xavier), I stay under the outdoor terrace at the back of the house. The municipality of Xocourt is 2 minutes from Delme where you can find all the amenities (restaurant, supermarket). Cleaning to be done before departure.

Relax in this charming cottage, classified☆☆☆☆, only 1 km from the Lake Madine trail. Many activities await you, swimming, fishing, sailing, horseback riding, tree climbing, pedal boat and bike rental, less than 4 minutes by car (6 by bike), just a little further, the marina of Nonsard and its golf course. Two restaurants welcome you to the village. Essential shops are 6 km away. Less than an hour from the cottage, discover Verdun, Nancy or Metz.

We're happy to welcome you to our lovely recent outbuilding. You'll find everything you need. You will stay there completely self-contained thanks to the independent entrance. The location of our accommodation is ideal, between town and countryside, a 7-minute drive from Metz Technopole. Finally, if you are looking for calm and tranquility you will be delighted.
