Holiday houses in Vathianos Kampos

Great location, the apartment is brand new. Cleaning lady was there every day to clean the apartment, change the towels. Balcony is exceptional you can just hang out entire day in the sades and look at the Aegean sea.

Beautiful villa in nice resort

Excellent place where to spend holidays! The appartement is clean and really well located. The view is amazing. If you use the jacuzzi think about setting the temperature and covering a coupe of hours before using it.

The apartment was located I. A very convenient location. Just up from the beach road and a 5 minute walk to great beach bars. Less than 10 minutes and you’re in the main district of Agios Nikolaos. The space was just as described and roomy. It is down a couple flights of stairs from where we parked but nothing crazy. It was just what we needed for a quick one night stay in the city.

Its a great place we were there with 5 People, everyone enjoyed it. The host even brought more barhrobes and blankets after we said we needed more. Only thing what I didnt liked was that there were a lot of Construction around in the village and nearby of the Vills whats kinda „shit“ is but the villa looks very good and well made. Only problem what we had was that we needed to turn on the warm water every time we needed kt because we had no sun. And also I think its normal in greek but I think there is very much chlorine in the tap water so that you can smell and taste it. So if you want to cook you need Water bottles from the Supermarket. But all in all.. the host did everything Perfect somethings arent in his controlls but there are fine Overand all i would rate it Five Stars out od Five * if you want to est good maybe search the „Alchemist“ at the beach its a good place for seafood and grilled meat and the desserts are of the charts!

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

A heavenly location, perfect for relaxing. Stunning views with only a short walk to the sea and town. Ioannis was a marvellous host, very helpful, friendly and informative. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

We had a wonderful 5-day vacation at the villa. The property was stunning! It was tastefully designed, offering full privacy, and was super clean. We used the brick oven to make pizza and also enjoyed the pool. Everything was just as it looked in the pictures, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. Pandelis, the owner, was very responsive to all of our requests and questions. I highly recommend this place!
