Sjöstugan is a cozy family-friendly 19th-century house. In the glass veranda with dining table, you have panoramic views of Lake Mälaren. The charming kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, etc. Here, the children can play in the water at the private sandy beach, in the large trampoline or in the tree house. The bathroom is about 300m away from the house. You park outside. Leave the stress and enjoy in a historical, modern, and beautiful environment. On the way here you pass the Sigurdsryningen, you can walk to Sundbyholms Slott/harbor or then you bike/hike on the Gyllenheimska trail. You have all the amenities with washing machine, fiber, TV, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, oven and air heat pump.

Lovely house with lake location

Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

A new Villa Sanda. This house is located high overlooking Lake Mälaren and the area's beach to which you have access. Large plot with large terraces around the whole house, Spa, Orangeri here there is also a sauna. The house is 200 sqm and has a large terrace with lovely evening sun and a view of the water, directly from the kitchen and 2 balconies. Strängnäs Centrum about 10 - 15 minutes away. Large living room that is open to the kitchen with brilliant views towards the water. Absolutely the best option, most welcome.

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Amazing house with wonderful sea location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

A uniqe cottage at a small farm 200 m from Hjälmaren. We try to walk as light on earth as possible. The environment is perfect for relaxing nature experiences. On the farm we keep, cows, chickens, geese, ducks a dog and a cat and bees. Possibilty to rent an inflatable kajak with 1-3 seats and/or a SUP. " Et veldig koselig sted. Nybyggt hus/stuga med fantastiskt läge vid Dalälven. Välkommen att känna lugnet och harmonin i denna naturnära, vackra miljön precis i utkanten av stan, endast 3 km in till Avesta centrum där restauranger och shoppingcenter finns. Stugan ligger på vår gård och en värd finns därmed ofta till hands.
