Lilla Lindås

Lilla Lindås is a house from 1867 with a lot of charm and old saved details. The house is located in the village of Lunger and about 1.5 km from two nice beaches at Hjälmaren where there is a sauna and barbecue areas. A nice nature reserve is within walking distance. In the village, there is also a nice country shop. The house has an old style but is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. The stairs to the upper floor are original, steep and worn but functional. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two beds.

Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150 m to the jetty, boat (3.5 hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running loop around Björsund. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

On the plot there is a lawn with a trampoline and a canoe is available to borrow.

This is a quite little house with one bedroom with a double bed and also a bedroom beside the other one with one single bed for a child. It is a very cosy and typical Swedish red country house in a very quite area where there are no cars passing by. You will just hear birds so it is very peaceful.
