Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy a unique location by the sea. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves, and they are a dream for sun, swimming and relaxation. The beach is very shallow, which is suitable for both children and dogs. The house is highly appreciated by canoeists, who then have a short paddle to Stendörren Nature Reserve. You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.
