Rental part in beach villa 30 m at Kalvsjön's eastern side, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lakeside sauna. Ice fishing or cross-country skiing in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slalom hill are located. The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. In the middle of Järvsö's ski slope with a magnificent view of Ljusnan's valley and Järvsö Klack is this newly built timber mountain cabin. High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both indoors and outdoors with a furnished terrace in three directions, at the same time comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart TV, and WiFi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with a washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

Fantastic cabin with a waterfront plot! Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

Rural house in Hälsingland

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
