Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, fridge and running water in summer. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, large garden (for play and relaxation) with both campfire and table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the mall.

2 charming cabins on the waterfront with boat

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Tårnheim on Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kitchenette in the first, library in the second, bedroom with good view in the third and a cozy pavilion with balcony on the 4th floor. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Great basement apartment located on Gimse/Melhus, recently completely renovated with great modern surfaces. 1 bedroom with 2 pcs 90 cm single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 pc 120 cm bed. Ceiling height approx. 2.12 cm, somewhat lower than standard ceiling height. Private entrance, bathroom and kitchen with necessary equipment. Private parking space for 1 car, 2 cars by appointment. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area with the nearest bus stop about 10 min walk from the apartment.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

Good bus and tram connections to the centre and outdoor facilities, including the Granåsen Ski Centre. Free parking is available on the property. If needed, additional sleeping places could be arranged in the office and in the living room.

The apartment is well suited for couples, those traveling alone and for small famlilies. It`s good to have your own car while staying here, beacause our apartment isn't so available by bus..
