Holiday rentals with a patio in Vasilikos

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

Our host was super nice and incredibly welcoming, she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived! Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay special. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back!

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

Great appointment and amazing pool kitchen had everything u would need and had a full fridge of water for us even a washing machine to wash ur clothes would definitely use again the cleaner is so polite and helpful even gave us a lift to airport so didn’t have to get a taxi

The apartment was very nice, just like on the pictures. You felt like home. The host was very friendly and always available. I can only recommend it to everyone!! ps: Nikos best man :)

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s wonderful place! It looks just like the pictures. And she is very sweet and full of energy and recommendations!

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

My friend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not downhill. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. He was friendly, warm and open. We also fell in love with the cats that visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we were leaving so he made the schedule flexible. She welcomed us with coffee and breakfast that were not included in the amenities and was willing to answer any questions we had. She also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce much cold air, however we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!

The host were extremely friendly and accommodating to an early check-in and late check out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back when in Zakynthanos!
