Holiday rentals with beach access in Vasilikos

We loved our stay at Poros with Katerina and Effie. The apartment is beautiful and catered to all our needs. There is a fantastic garden to enjoy and relax in which our two boys loved. Both Katerina and her mum were extremely accommodating and added to our lovely stay in Kefalonia. No complaints whatsoever!

Spotless apartment with comfortable bed and good aircon. Rania is so helpful and always responsive. The location is great for walking just 2 mins to the resort buzz. It's a location with lots of Greeks getting on with their normal lives. Including kids with healthy lungs :-) but the windows and doors are such good quality that you can shut it out. Tsilivi is gorgeous and the beach is stunning. So relaxing. Felt really refreshed after just one week there.

Out stay was amazing! Spyros recommendations were phenomenal. We loved everything about it! Highly recommend staying in Rominas place ❤️

We stayed at Avgeris & Lily's for a week. It was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes from the undeveloped beach, where there are great conditions for nesting. and next to a restaurant with delicious dishes and a great view of the sea. But it's all just a complement to the amazing owners who captivated us with their hospitality . They helped us with everything we needed - renting a car, ordering a taxi. Lili even stocked our apartment with fresh bread vegetables to start our arrival. The apartment overlooking the sea had everything you need. In addition, it was a unique opportunity to see how the Greeks live in Zakynthos. Our apartment was on the floor below the owners lived in the same house. We were leaving late in the evening and the hotel night ends before noon. Still, the owners agreed so we could stay longer THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED,!

We have had the most amazing week at YOLO Resort. Elpida is the perfect host, from initial conversations she was helpful and friendly and organised transfers from the airport for us and also offered us a late check out as we flew back in the evening. On arrival she greeted us and we were blown away with how lovely the villa is. The fridge was stocked with local treats and the kitchen had cooking essentials in the cupboards. Elpida had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is stunning, we were right on the beach front and the gardens are large with lots of sunbeds and seating areas and it always felt peaceful and tranquil. We loved the use of the SUPs and paddled every day whilst the children enjoyed the inflatables. It is a 10 minutes walk into Alykes with plenty of tavernas to choose from and all equally delicious. We have found our paradise here and will definitely be back it was perfect.

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

We loved Paradise Apartments. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very modern, spacious and clean. Marietta and her family were so friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and always clean, right on beach with a great restaurant/bar. Loved everything about this place and we will definitely be back.

Lefteris is very nice and helpful, apartment just 10 minutes from Laganas/€15 taxi for 4 people (party area), I highly recommend this place. A few steps away you can find excellent restaurants and very equipped Minimarkets. The swimming pool is large and kept constantly clean and tidy. From the same landlord you can rent boats with and without Skipper at a low price. If I go back to Zakynthos, I will definitely choose this apartment!

This is a fantastic villa! Brand new, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Everything had been thought of, including washing powder, first aid to name a couple. Really beautiful, warm pool and outdoor area. It’s as good as it looks! Lovely peaceful surroundings but within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Really great hosts, who were super responsive and helpful, meeting us on arrival, showing us round the villa and then sending on loads of info about local places to see and eat. Cannot rate this highly enough!

Pleasant stay in the area 30 minutes from Olympia. The house is safe for young children. We were able to enjoy the games in the garden and at the beach which is just a 1-minute walk away.

Dionysis and his wife amazing worm people, we got very nice welcome from them a lot of fresh fruits, Greek sweets and hand made olive oil and wine what was so nice thank you a lot for this, apartment had amazing view and nice clean &modern style just opposite the seaside was pleasure stay there I will recommend to all my friends and one day planned to back

Nikitas and Marie-Noelle have something special here in a beautiful corner of Zakynthos. The house feels loved and looked after, like an actual home. The outside space around the house is perfect for spending a warm afternoon in the shade with a beer. The beds are super comfortable. The beach is literally 2 mins away, perfect for a sunset or sunrise dip. They were such generous hosts and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year, thanks so much you two!

We relished our stay at Dimitris‘ and Ioannas place enormously. It is romantic and easily the most beautiful old house in Poros. Close by the water one can see and hear the sea constantly. In addition we were made to feel welcome and at home instantly.

In Robert's large, very clean blue house we felt very comfortable throughout. The house is functionally furnished and has large balconies from which you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. With the rental car you can take many beautiful tours from here. Nearby is a tavern where large, tasty portions are offered at reasonable prices. Robert is a likeable, friendly and helpful host who is an open, interesting conversationalist but still reserved. The blue house is highly recommended. We'll be back on our next visit to the island of Zakynthos.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Great views on the ocean and a big garden. Dionysia is a very nice and helpful host. We stayed here before the start of the season. She helped us to get to the restaurants that were already open. Especially with warm weather, this place is fantastic!

The villa was beautiful, very special and we felt safe and peaceful. Andreas came everyday to check the pool and Irena cleaned every two days, both of them very kind and lovely people. Valia’s communication was amazing and she recommended Explore cars to hire a car who met us at the airport and gave us a great deal. There was a huge storm the night we arrived and the place flooded. Valia ensured Irena came by with more towels the next day as we’d used them to stop the water. Stepping out of your garden into the sea is such a wonderful privilege and waking up to watch the sunrise here is incredible.

Excellent accommodation for 2 adults & 1 child. 5 to 7 mins walk into town, which has numerous great restaurants. Private pool was excellent with bedroom & bathroom all spotless. Fresh linen & towels provided during stay. Perfect accommodation & location but it does require climbing some stairs so please bear this in mind.

We had a great stay in Zakynthos. The flat is located very central and there is everything you need.

Angelo is truly a super host. He embodies the kindness, graciousness, thoughtfulness, and responsiveness that all of us for for in a host. His place has a breathtaking to of the sea. When he heard that we needed some things for the kitchen, he asked his Mom to immediately bring them to us. he really went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. The listing on the top floor is comfortable and quiet. He also took the time to answer questions we had about the island before we got here. Easy parking. There is also a fireplace. We made meals in the kitchen..

A great place to relax, I definitely recommend it for people who value peace and quiet. Hosts who are helpful but very discreet, don't interfere with their stay. A clean, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. Thanks to it, we could make a small breakfast and go right after it to explore the island. We almost always consumed breakfast on the side tables located in front of the mansion in the shade of palm trees. Thanks to this, we had a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea. If internet is needed, the apartment has a great wifi signal. If you arrive by car, it is possible to park in a place shaded by olive trees. So the car wasn't warmed up. I recommend it with a pure heart!

Clean and tidy apartment. Was well central and we were able to go any way. Nearby there is also a cozy beach where you can go and the center is also only a 5-minute walk away. Dionisis also responds quickly and kindly and gives clear instructions. Had a great vacation!
