Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vasiliki

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Ο χώρος ήταν απλά υπέροχος , ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα και εννοείται το κατοικίδιο μου ! Πανέμορφη αυλή , ο χώρος είχε όλες τις ανέσεις , πλήρως εξοπλισμένος , όμορφος και καθαρός ! Ο Γιάννης εξαιρετικός στη συννενόηση και στην επικοινωνία . 5⭐️ σε όλα !!!

Een ontzettend fijne plek. We kwamen erg laat aan en zelfs nog vertraging maar dit was totaal geen probleem. Telefonisch contact gehad en Chris kwam ons snel uitleggen en ons naar binnen begeleiden zodat we onze dochter op bed konden leggen. Het was erg schoon en het privé zwembad was super. Nu was toevallig de tweede villa niet verhuurd dus nog meer privacy maar ook als dat wel zou zijn heb je genoeg privacy. Tip voor het eiland: Huur een auto. Het huisje is een perfect punt om vanuit daar alle kanten op te kunnen. Enige tip is wat meer theedoeken en vaatdoeken voor de keuken.

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Mooi appartement vlak aan de zee. Ik werd warm onthaald door Vasilis. Ruime slaapkamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw waar het heel rustig was. Heerlijk visrestaurant op wandelafstand. Heel mooie omgeving die je kan verkennen met de fiets die je ter beschikking hebt. Bedankt Amalia en Vasilis voor het aangename verblijf en de lekkere extraatjes.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

We had a lovely week at Efi's villa. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The villa is in a beautiful location and is so peaceful. It was spotless and gave us everything we were after, with enough space for a family of four including two teenage boys! We chose not to get a car whilst we stayed as there were a number of places to eat and beaches within a 20 minute walk.This was ideal for us as we wanted a relaxed, slow paced and fuss free week. However, it is a little hilly so unless you're prepared for that it may be worth getting a quad/bike or car for ease of getting around. We can't praise Efi and her mum enough, they were so attentive and we would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful location.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit Pool auf der Insel Meganisi in Griechenland zu übernachten und wir können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gastgeber waren mehr als nur gastfreundlich und haben uns bei einem Problem mit unserem Auto aktiv geholfen. Nochmals lieben Herz Dank dafür. Die Villa selbst war geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool bot eine malerische Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft und das azurblaue Meer. Die Lage der Villa war perfekt, um die Schönheit der Insel Meganisi zu erkunden, sei es die idyllischen Strände, charmanten Dörfer oder die lokalen Restaurants. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Villa ein tolles Erlebnis und ich möchte mich herzlich bei unseren großartigen Gastgebern bedanken. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hoffe, bald wieder zurückkehren zu können. Extra Grüße an Elena und Georg!

Lovely villa with super patio space, and nice to be so close to a few restaurants in the village. We had a great time.

Villa Pinea was every bit as glamorous and luxurious as the pictures suggest. The bedrooms were all spacious with excellent en-suite facilities, the large open-plan kitchen / sitting room was ideal to escape the sun - but the real highlights were the fabulous pool, (with loungers and hammocks and huge sunshades on the side) and the upstairs terrace which caught the breeze and was an excellent place for a relaxing drink as the sun went down. So, the villa was ideal - but so too was the area. Vasiliki is a nice place for browsing the shops and has an extensive range of restaurants. Sivota was an unexpected delight. Afteli was our favourite beach - but there are plenty to choose from. A day exploring the coast by speedboat was a real highlight. We were a family of four - mum, dad and two daughters in their 20's - and we had the most wonderful holiday. Vaso at Lefkada Travel came up with great recommendations and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

I appreciated being able to communicate directly with the host to ask questions and clarify details before my arrival. The photos and descriptions on the listing were accurate, and I knew exactly what to expect when I arrived. The property itself was stunning. It was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host had even left a little welcome basket with handmade snacks etc. which was a thoughtful touch. The location of the property was also perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds. Overall, my stay at this Airbnb property was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable travel experience. Thank you again to the host, we are very happy to have met them and we will visit them again next year.

Nikolaos and his wife were great hosts, easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The villa was perfect for families and they were very accommodating for the needs we had for our toddlers including two travel cots. They added little touches like a little baby bath for the downstairs shower. Swimming pool was lovely and Nikolaos cleaned it every evening. Restaurants nearby are good and mini market has all the essentials. Defo recommend and will visit again hopefully

Eine wirklich super Wohnung. Es war der Beschreibung, den Rezessionen und Griechenland entsprechend auf jeden Fall sauber genug, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sehr erfreulich die Insektengitter an fast allen Fenstern. Traumhafter Ausblick von der großen Terrasse. Die Eltern von Xrhstos wohnen unterhalb - sehr liebe, freundliche Leute ❤️ Lage ist top - alles gut erreichbar von dort, im Dorf alles da, was man braucht, und für mehr Auswahl ist Vasiliki nur ca. 5 km entfernt. Für mich großartiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und absolut empfehlenswert! Efchatistó.

Beautiful old stone house that has been in Eleni’s family for generations. Really well maintained with everything we needed. Beautiful view over the water to Ithaca. We made short drives and walks to local beaches, local village to eat (great supermarket there) and trip to Assos and Ficardo. Loved it.

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

Very nice and spacious apartment with amazing views. Very quiet. Makis is a very nice host and he was always there for everything we might need. Highly recommended.

Chris is een superhost. Reageert direct en heeft goede suggesties voor activiteiten in de buurt. Tip: lunchen bij bikinbar, wordt gerund door de lieve zus van Chris. Tot slot was het genieten op het balkon van het fantastische uitzicht op de zee.

Hele fijne plek, we hadden onze hond mee en die had alle ruimte. Ze is zelfs even het water in geweest om af te koelen. Huis is goed ingericht, zelfs dingen als olie, peper, zout, koffie zijn aanwezig. We hebben ook erg genoten van de buiten douche. De communicatie met Dimitra verliep heel goed. We misten een beetje lekkere relax stoelen voor buiten, is alleen een bistro setje. Verder hadden we ons niet gerealiseerd dat deze kant van het eiland vrijwel windstil is, dus erg warm. Maar verder heerlijk!

Great place in an ideal location. Pleasant stroll up the beach into town, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well kitted out. Theodoros was very helpful and communicative, he made check-in and check-out simple and flexible

Sofo grew up in the area and has an insiders understanding of Lefkada and Greece in general. Janna and he have rebuilt the home in which Sofo grew up and it is an impressive and beautiful structure, timeless really, constructed to very high standards. They are a friendly and hospitable couple and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and learning about Vassiliki, Lefkada and Greece! they were spot on with locations to visit, restaurants, and local color. We will be certain to return to update them on our future trips to other spots in Greece that we now plan to visit. We will forever remember their kindness and the great conversation we had at their beachfront bar with their pet/friend Merlyn nearby. Our stay at their place was a highlight of our extended travels through northern Greece and we highly, highly recommend staying at Sofo & Janna's Villa, and making the detour to Vassiliki if your plans take you to Lefkada. The southern coast of Lefkada is historic and beautiful.
