The listing was as described. Clean, spacious and quiet neighborhood. Location was little secluded and was hard to reach based on google map direction as it was taking through unpaved remote road. Called caretaker Jitendra for direction and able to reach the property. We reached there past midnight and caretaker Jitendra was a phone call away to check us in. Host Marpy was responsive with any pre queries before bookings that I had and accommodate our request to provide additional mattresses. Overall good experience.

Loved my stay at Deepika’s again! I’ve booked this place before, and now she feels more like a friend than a host. Her flat is always our first choice in Delhi because it is well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and very homely. The rooms are relaxing, and the balcony is lush and peaceful. The staff is courteous and warm, and Deepika is extremely proactive in her communication. The property is located close to major tourist attractions, and is both budget-friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Malika offers a pleasant, comfortable and cosy accommodation in the heart of Delhi. One should not expect five-star accommodation, but the offer is well-proportioned to the quality of service. The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? Ekta's place is a beautiful apartment with quiet green surroundings. I loved staying here and I'll definitely be staying here, when I visit Delhi again!

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was excellent and responsive. The only issue was the lift – often crowded with delivery staff and laborers, and there’s no fan or ventilation. A separate lift for guests would really help. Overall, a great stay!
