Erakkomaja Savukallio – Off-Grid

Are you longing for a break surrounded by nature? Savukallio is a wilderness cabin with a Lapland vibe that invites you to take a deep breath and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The core idea of the property is: 'Everyone is a hermit at heart' – a place to reset the mind and clear one's thoughts. Built from the logs of an old smoke sauna, the cabin is located in the lake scenery of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and nature-focused wilderness experience for couples and travellers seeking peace and quiet.

Kallavedenranta

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

This oasis of relaxation is a magnificent, unique architectural ensemble at the tip of the peninsula, with room to breathe and relax. The cottage is located by the clean Suvasvesi. Next to the main cottage, there is a summer sleeping cabin with stunning panoramic lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere! A huge terrace area connects the main cottage, the sleeping quarters and the pier complex with the jacuzzis on the beach and the lake surrounds everywhere. It's good to be here :).

Koivuranta, a summer cottage on the lakefront

Childfriendly cabin and beach. There is rowing boat, stand up paddle, life jackets and children water toys available. There is also trampoline with safety net. Up in the cabin there comes lake water (not drinkable) and dishwasher makes vacation more relaxing. Down near the beach is sauna where you can get water with a pump from the lake. There is also an old fashioned tub. By the upper cabin there is a composter latrine. Neighbors are at eyesight but down in the beach you have your own privacy.

Bed linen and towels are available for rent.

Bright, cozy triangle on the 13th floor of the Station's high-rise in the center, overlooking the city's rooftops. This is where you'll sleep well, even though the train and bus station are located in the yard. In the same area, there is a parking garage with free parking for 1 car and charging facilities for electric cars. In the yard, K-Supermarket, lunch restaurant, Barots quick restaurant + other services. The harbour and market area are a short walk away. Sheets and towels provided.

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday resort. The magnificent villa, combining new and old, is located in a pure lake landscape, along the Kuopio-Tahko route, as part of Kallavesi. The villa's courtyard has a carport and a wood/furniture shed. The large windows of the villa bring nature indoors everywhere. A large terrace connects the villa, the beach sauna and the piers. It's good to be here. 45 min drive to Kuopio (52 km), 16 min to Riistavesi (18 min to Kaavi).

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Mökissä on tupakeittiö alkovilla, makuuhuone, sisäwc, suihku, pukuhuone ja sauna. Lisäksi lasitettu terassi infrapunalämmittimin ja pihalla palju (lisämaksusta 100e). Ilmalämpöpumppu ja kunnallisvesi. Iso nurmipiha. Ranta on matala ja osin hiekkapohjainen. Soutuvene ja 2 sup-lautaa vuokralaisten käytössä!
