Located in the Vona Valley at an altitude of about 1000 meters, in San Pietro (Pajare locality), which is part of the municipality of Borgo Val di Taro, in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, rich in natural beauty: Lago Buono with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut groves, carved cliffs, hazel trees, and junipers.

It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The house is complete with everything, towels, dishes, washing machine, air conditioner, pellet stove, wi-fi sofa bed and fenced outdoor space complete with masonry barbecue, table and deckchairs to relax and enjoy the peace of our Apennines.
