Впервые за все наши путешествия мы довольны на все 100! Красивые и стильные апартаменты. Видно, что хозяева вложили душу в создание этого пространства. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Большая душевая кабина и очень удобная кровать, что большая редкость. Спасибо большое Цезарю за встречу и заботу! И отдельное спасибо за фрукты 💗

Апартаментът на Калоян е чист и той винаги е лесно достъпен – благодарение на отличното местоположение в сърцето на Варна, това е добро решение за пътувания до Варна 👍

Super séjour dans un logement très agréable ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Il est propre, bien équipé, conforme à l’annonce, et très bien situé. L’environnement est calme et parfait pour se reposer. Le logement est décoré avec goût, on s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. La literie est confortable, la cuisine pratique, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon avec une superbe vue et la proximité de la plage. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux et la réactivité de l’hôte tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si l’occasion se présente !

Great Studio!Nice and clean!

This place was incredible and special! Everything was perfect, Anna was brilliant host. I was there for work and could sit and work, seriously could not have asked for more. Every detail was taken care of thoughtfully. It was not a sterile hotel/airbandb or a cluttered home of someone else, it was beautiful and homely thank you !!

Всичко беше точно както беше написано в описанието,лесен достъп до центъра и морската градина,доволни сме от всичко.Малък компактен апартамент с всичко необходимо.Отзивчиви домакини. Едниствената ни забележка е,че чистотата можеше да бъде на по-високо ниво.

Къщата е голяма и просторна и изглежда по-добре в действителност, отколкото на снимките. Има всичко необходимо и екстра плюс за климатика, миялната машина и барбекюто 😃. Комуникцията с Ангел е бърза и лесна. Единственият минус е, че не беше много чисто. Но като цяло си изкарахме страхотно и препоръчваме мястото!

Ако търсите тихо и спокойно място, препоръчвам да се спрете на тази къща. Ако мога да го опиша с една дума, тя е УЮТ! Благодарности към Zhaklina за отношението и старанието което беше положила за да направи престоя ни перфектен.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt! Wir waren zu 10. in dem Haus und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten jeden Tag draußen grillen und essen. Der Host hat immer super schnell geantwortet und war extrem freundlich. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch alle super. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool war auch toll. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war ein super Urlaub!

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in Ivanka's home. The house looks even better than in the pictures. We found everything needed for our stay. The beach can be easily reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Also, for those who like to see other places, not far is the submarine and glass museum and the stone forest.

Our stay in Plamen's villa was really nice. The villa is perfect for one family with 1-2 children. The garden is beautiful and neat. The pool is extremely clean and its size is ideal for amateur swimmers. The two bedrooms are comfortable and feature big beds and A/C. In the living there is one sofa - however, it is not very suitable for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The grill is wonderful, finely decorated, and functional. The beach is quite close, but reaching it by car is a good idea, especially if you travel with young kids. On the beach, you can find a fine tavern with good food and drinks. We were welcomed by Plamen's wife, Jelena, who is very open and friendly, providing us with all the needed information to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. All in one, it has been a great experience and we plan to return next year. Thank you!

El apartamento estaba en muy buena calidades y muy bien ubicado tanto del centro de la ciudad como de la playa. En cuanto a la limpieza también estaba todo muy bien se notaba que habían dado una buena limpieza. Para poner una pega al apartamento diría que nosotros hemos echado de menos un microondas para la hora de desayuno y una tostadora. Ademas también tienen servicio para dejar las maletas hasta la hora a la que te vayas y eso un puntazo.

Leiligheten var akkurat som beskrevet og behagelig å bo i. Det er flere dagligvare butikker i gå avstand, i tillegg til et par spisesteder. Det tar ca 10min å gå til bussen som går til sentrum. Verten er veldig hjelpsom og er rask til å svare. Har bare positive ting å si om henne. Greit å vite: Anbefaler ikke leiligheten for de som er dårlig til beins ettersom heisen ikke fungerer. Leiligheten ligger også opp en bakke. Men dersom dette ikke er et problem, er dette absolutt en god leilighet å bo i ❤️

Great studio in a beautiful modern building. Very clean and cozy. Good communication with the host, being proactive and available for questions. Really professional and can definitely recommend staying at this place.

Alles war super sauber und der Service hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief stets einwandfrei, superschnell und freundlich. Das Apartment ist eine Perle, die wir gerne weiter empfehlen.
