We are situated at the beginning of the central pedestrian zone where you can find a large variety of restaurants and bars as well as places that celebrate the cultural arts. The Sea Garden, the beach and the marina are 10-15min by walking. There is direct access to public transport in front of the building that will lead you to the Mall, Airport and Golden Sands.
