We had 20 wonderful days at Rumi's place! We rented their Panorama apartment on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Black Sea! She and her husband were very pleasant, and we felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend their place for your next Black Sea vacation! Rumi has a different types of apartments to suit your needs. The beach is close, and you don't need to drive there. The place is quiet, clean, and safe, and you will have everything you need for your stay. Rumi and her husband are great hosts, and we are very grateful for the hospitality my family and I received. Ev çok merkezi bir noktada. her yere yürüyebilirsiniz. evin içi çok yeni değil fakat ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Teodor sıcakkanlı bir evsahibi. asansör ve ücretsiz park yeri yok. Genel olarak keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

Miejsce jest fantastyczne i kameralne. Można się tam poczuć jak w domu, wyciszyć i odpocząć. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, duża bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia ze wszystkimi sprzętami do gotowania, dwie łazienki, klimatyzacja sprawna w obu sypialniach i salonie. Taras zapewnia relaks za dnia i wieczorem z piękna panoramą na morze i Obzor, dobry widok na basen, szybkie zejście. Na basenie nie brakowało leżaków. Na miejscu, przy basenie, działa bar gdzie można zamówić ciepłe przekąski, lody i napoje. Dostępny jest również stół do Ping-ponga. Jack od początku rezerwacji był przyjazny i elastyczny. Zawsze szybko odpowiadał na wiadomości i służył pomocą. Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji należy zwrócić uwagę na opłaty związane ze sprzątaniem.

Really beautiful flat with perfect location. Host was very friendly and helpful and the place itself is super clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it.

Noi ne-am bucurat de o săptămână foarte frumoasă la mare. Apartamentul este de o curățenie impecabilă, paturile confortabile, atât cel din dormitor cat și canapeaua din sufragerie. Bucătăria este dotată cu tot ce este necesar, am avut până și cafea și mai multe sortimente de ceai. Mașina de spălat este extrem de utilă, mai ales pentru familiile cu copii. Vedere directă la mare din balcon cu o priveliște superbă, poți privi răsăritul de soare din pat. Comunicarea cu gazda este ușoară, Mariana a răspuns la toate întrebările noastre. Distanța scurtă până la plajă, de menționat ca localitatea e în regiune de deal așa ca drumul dinspre plaja spre apartament este în pantă, deci destul de abrupt.Plaja în schimb e curată cu porțiuni amenajate cu șezlonguri. Noi am fost foarte mulțumiți și am dori să ne întoarcem cu mare drag atunci când simțim nevoia de un concediu liniștit, departe de aglomerația din stațiuni.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment is near two swimming pools, one for kids and one for adults which is great. You can supervise your kids from the balcony . Also, we were close to the Tropicana beach restaurant and we had same delicious lunch at it.

Изключително приятен апартамент, на много комуникативно място. Бях по работа в продължение на цяла седмица, за което ми трябваше и паркомясто, което много улесни работата ми.

Stefan was a great host and the communication was easy and fast. The apartment itself was clean, pretty and comfortable. With a cute balcony from where you could see the sea. The room service was friendly, too. I would recommend to book the apartment/Stefan as your host!

Our host Ivaylo was fantastic -quick response times, very accomodating and friendly! He came to meet us and show us around upon our arrival. The place has both an outdoor private parking, as well as a garage, should you need it. The property was impeccable -- clean and spotless! Nicely decorated, with well-sized airy rooms and great lighting! The bathroom is fantastic and has a combo boiler. Both the bedroom and the living room are air conditioned and have flat screen TV-s. There is a nice balcony overlooking the shared garden. The bed is quite comfy and there are plenty of pillows and cushions. We liked how there are mirrors throughout, as it makes the rooms look even more spacious! The kitchen is well-equipped, there was a more than sufficient amount of complimentary mineral water. The Internet connection was quite good as well! We didn't miss a single thing! There were extra towels in the wardrobe, including beach towels, should you need them. We would love to stay here again!

Ich war alleine da. Sehr saubere Wohnung, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Frottee Wäsche hingelegt. Im Badezimmer hat es keine Steckdose und sehr schlechtes Licht. Vielleicht mal einbisschen laut von der Anlage her, hat mich aber nicht gross gestört. Sehr zentral gelegen für zum Strand.

Additionally, having a market right at the doorstep was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Very nice place, clean, has everything you need for a long stay. There are two good supermarkets close by, the city centre is a 10-15m walk away. The host is great, takes care of things when there is an issue. I would definitely stay here again!

Изключително съм впечатлен от апартамента. Определено препоръчвам и смея да твърдя, че НЯМА по добро място за вашата почивка от това. Чист, уютен апартамент и с огромна тераса с прекрасна, спираща дъха гледка към морето. Много комуникативна локация, на метри от плажа, близо както до Варна така и до Балчик. Много любезно отношение от страна на домакина и приветливо посещение. Дори и всичко това е скромно написано за да опише цялата обстановка и уют който получихме.
