Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Varick

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

This listing is cozy. I absolutely loved the decor. Really centrally located, there are a few restaurants and a small general store within 5 mins walking distance. I would stay here again when I visit Rochester.

I really enjoyed my stay. Keith's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were a lot of nice little touches like quality coffee and different ways of making it. Two things I appreciated: the bed was comfortable and the radiant heat in the floors let me keep the bedroom cool and the bathroom warm. I would definitely stay here again.

We felt very comfortable at Arnaud's place. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything I needed in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room was magically there, not to mention the fresh eggs. Both Arnaud and Dave were very responsive to all of my questions and friendly. We loved the hot tub as much as our puppy loved the beautiful and fully fenced in yard. My 7yo daughter loved scootering down street to an ice cream place, as well as to a park with a playground. I wished I had my bike on me since Finger Lakes Trail was just a short walk away. It was a great stay.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as we remembered :)! Great space and location, close to many bars and restaurants. Hydra makes delicious coffee and is practically next door. Will definitely book again the next time we are in town!

We had a nice stay at Harrison and Jessica's apartment! Jessica was super responsive and helpful throughout. The instructions to enter the place were clear and easy, we had everything we needed and they even went above and beyond and set out snacks, and baby items for us (pack n play and a highchair) to make traveling with a little one easier. We chose this place because it was right in between our families homes who we were there to visit. I will say it's a busy road so there's a lot of street noise but being from the area, I knew that going in and we brought our sound machines which drowned out the noise while we slept.

Being from Rochester I knew the area would be great; if you have never been to Roc before this is where you want to stay! Kitchenette was so cute and we even cooked a bit. Bed was VERY comfortable. Room is a good size for one person or two people. House is old so you may hear some squeaks from neighbors but that comes with a good quality old house. Great stay:)

We stayed only one night for New Year's eve. We had a lovely time. Beautiful view on the lake. The house is charming! Plenty of space. We would have stayed longer.. Derrick responded quickly to our queries. All was perfect! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Hali's place to anyone! Very easy instructions to get in and we immediately felt at home. it was very clean and we loved the openness of the living area and kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Teresa's an amazing host. Her place was cozy and clean, with all the amenities we could use. She was also very helpful during our check in and stay, amazing experience overall.

Clean and spacious house in a convenient location. Big driveway was a plus since we arrived in 3 cars. Clear instructions and easy check in. Host was quick to respond and helpful. All in all, worth the price and would recommend it.

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at Noel’s place. It was super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed walking to the lake and watching the GIANT squirrels in the backyard. The Wi-Fi was out when we visited, but Noel took care of us! Can’t wait to return in the summer!

This house is exactly what we were looking for. Private getaway with a great view out the back. The creek out back was great for sleeping with the window open (when the weather allowed). Large yard, quiet street which is great for walking along the rest of the creek. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances & cooking equipment (we added a whisk to the collection). Spike the mowbot was a source of entertainment for us. where would he show up next 🤣 Overall it was a great stay & we would definitely consider staying here again if coming back to the area!

Cheryl's house was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to do while we were in the area. The house is very comfortable and bigger than it looks! Cheryl responded quickly to our text messages. We are definitely going to stay here again on our next trip to CNY!

Such an amazing stay! Our original place canceled last minute and Caitlin’s place was so perfect for what we needed. So clean and so many useful amenities. Walking distance to the lifts and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again:)

We loved our stay at Rachel’s place! The sauna was so nice. I was working remotely and the internet worked well. Rachel was so welcoming, helpful and communicative. She did so much to make our stay great. highly recommend! also love the location! thank you!!

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

5 stars! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, and local tips. Diane was responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and shops. About 20 minutes from most things. The view was amazing. Loved waking up each morning and going out on the terrace. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
