Holiday rentals with a patio in Varennes-sur-Loire

Close to the center of Saumur and its Castle on foot, we took advantage of Sophie's cozy accommodation to discover Saumuro's life. The apartment is very well equipped and pleasant.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Saumur, close to the Loire, the château, charming cafés, restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy the city. But what truly makes this place stand out is the host, Harold. He is the best host ever!—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. Such a nice duplex... it's good, it's warm and delicate... everything is fine! It is ideally located and Alexandra and Jeremy are very attentive to simplify our arrival and departure! An upcoming weekend in Saumur with this atmosphere around the horse will not be able to be done again elsewhere than in this duplex☺️!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the attic of a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments. The apartment is very well maintained and clean. We were able to relax well in this very quiet location and look at various castles. We thank Cécile and Romain for the great place to stay.

Great stay in the apartment. Quiet, ideally located a 15min walk from the castle and 10min from the city center. Restaurants are easily reached by foot and supermarkets too. Sophie and Benoit are responsive to any questions. The apartment is clean, like new, with appliances in great condition. The living room allows you to rest for long days in front of a giant screen. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Parking is secure under a large garage. Very good stay.

We came to spend a weekend with the family in the area to get together and visit estates! The house is really very nice with everything you need on site to have a great time! A wonderful Christmas where our family scattered all over France was able to gather. Everything is planned for a more than pleasant stay, to prepare XXL meals, gather all around the table. Proactive and very kind host. Ideal setting for family reunions, wide indoor and outdoor spaces. Beautiful view from the back garden, with garden tables and chairs, swing and badminton net. Very well equipped, with lots of small touches from the host. We hope to be back!

Very available and welcoming host, cottage in a good location to visit many tourist places, and true to the description, very quiet and very sunny thanks to the veranda overlooking a very pleasant pation where you can have a barbecue or rest and enjoy. you can go there without a second thought;

The space was really perfect for our stay. It is both very accessible, clean and well maintained, with the rare advantage of accepting dogs of all sizes, which was a real plus for us. We had a great time with our dog in Raphaële and Lionel's spacious and comfortable space. Their welcome was beyond our expectations: they were very responsive, attentive to our needs, and particularly friendly, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. We are very satisfied with this rental. The house is in a very good location, very close to the castles of Chinon, Langeais, Azay-le-Rideau, Saumur, the Abbey of Fontevraud... and the Bourgueil, Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil, Chinon vineyards... The house is spacious with 3 large bedrooms with bathroom in each, very large living room with open-plan kitchen, and all appliances as described. Two bedrooms have access to the garden, the third is upstairs. Linens and towels provided. The gate is wide enough to park your car inside, driveway long enough for 2 cars. Plus, the hosts are very friendly and helpful. One day, we needed a screwdriver and Patrick came to bring it to us, despite the late hour. When we left, Patrick and Isabelle came to say goodbye to us and trusted us, refusing to check the condition of the premises. We highly recommend this rental.
