"Les Charmettes" is an annex of the main house but retains its full autonomy. Its entrance and private garden offer optimal privacy. Just 25 minutes from Moulins or Vichy, 19 minutes from Charroux (ancient city classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France), 40 minutes from the "Le Pal" amusement and animal park. The go-kart track is less than 10 minutes away. Right next to the Val d'Allier, a Natura 2000 area, and the Nationale 7. Possibility to park a very large vehicle in front of the house. Close to the banks of Allier, several walks are possible nearby.
