Chariclea Villa Retreats: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the three independent homes at Chariclea Villa Retreats, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room with a fireplace and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco House and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Flora's House

The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

Η μοναδική του τοποθεσία προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα στην πλατεία και το λιμάνι της πόλης καθώς και ένα υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

Η παραδοσιακή διώροφη πέτρινη κατοικία, βρίσκεται μόλις ένα λεπτό ανάμεσα από τις δυο πλατείες του χωριού μας. Υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια με εκπληκτικό φαγητό γύρω του. Απίστευτα δροσερό, γραφικό που σε ταξιδεύει σε άλλη εποχή. Παραδοσιακά αντικείμενα αξίας συνθέτουν μία ήρεμη ατμόσφαιρα που θα σας δημιουργήσει αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις. Κάθε δωμάτιο σμιλεμένο με αγάπη συνδυάζοντας το παλιό και το νέο. Στο μπαλκόνι μας αντικρύζει κάνεις το πράσινο της φύσης ,περνώντας στιγμές χαλάρωσης.

At the same time, it is just five minutes foot walk away from the down town, where you can do your shopping and enjoy your walk on the beautiful coastal road with various restaurants, café and bars.

Αφεθείτε στη μαγεία της θέας της θάλασσα με το βουνό να την αγκαλιάζει από το υπνοδωμάτιό σας, απολαύστε την ηρεμία στην ευρύχωρη γωνιακή βεράντα, ενώ βρίσκεστε σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κέντρο της πόλης, την καρδιά της νυχτερινής ζωής και την παραλία της πόλης.

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Απολαύστε την υπέροχη θέα και την ηρεμία της φύσης χωρίς να είστε πολύ μακριά από διασκέδαση, εμπορικά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια.
