Had a pleasant stay at the White Villa. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

It was really wonderful to experience co-host Ritu guiding us regarding check in and about getting dinner at even 10:30-11 at night. Great place feels like home yet experience of tourism ❤️ Thanks Ritu time and again for your wonderful hospitality 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The villa design was elegant and the amenities were top-notch.

It was very comfortable stay. We and our kids enjoyed like that we are in Home. All facilities and amenities were very good. And it's walkable from Colva beach. And everything (like shopping, groceries) are available in the nearest locations. Sapna is very much reachable and always responds very fast. Quite Nice place to say. Note.: We took both 1BHK and 4BHK. If you are more than 1 family, you can prefer 4BHK where it has more space in the balcony areas. Rest of things are good.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and convenient space for guests. Our group of friends stayed at this place for 3 days. The property is located at a peaceful , accessible location and gives perfect vibe of South Goa! The place is exactly the way its described and shown in pictures. House is neat and clean. Swimming pool in the society is clean. We enjoyed pool time. Three cheers to the helpful Host! Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. This stay was perfect for a lone wolf like me who wanted some solitude. Really good amenities - great WiFi for working for a week straight, smart TV which allowed me to watch my favourite shows, and a cozy air-conditioned bedroom. The stay matches the pictures and the view is really good from the balcony. The caretaker and housekeeper services were perfect too. The host is very helpful and responsive ! The locality is very peaceful and quiet, with some beautiful places nearby.
