The gîte: on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen living room and upstairs 2 bedrooms one with 1 bed 140 and the other with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, bathroom and toilet, terrace. La P'tite Maison

Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min.
