Vibrant location, great host, spacious accommodations, nice view, easy check in, front desk staff, large kitchen....Very nice place to stay while visiting La Paz.

The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

My family and I were delighted with Yomar's place. It's super spacious, impeccable and with lots of lighting. They allowed us a super flexible check in and check out and we are really grateful for that. 😊 Yomar is a very kind, friendly and empathetic person. 🤍 The location was perfect for getting quickly to the places we wanted. Recommended for your eyes closed. We'll be back without a doubt 😃

I have stayed in two of Paolo’s places. Both times he was very friendly and responsive. I will always give him preference when I need to go to Goiânia based of how well I’ve been treated.

Everything is great!!! I would stay again!!! Just one recommendation, it would be interesting to have control of the gate, to facilitate the exit of the building. But a 10!!!!

Communication was short and short but completely sufficient. The apartment looked like the pictures, very comfortable but also a little far from the historic part of La Paz, we were not bothered by the 20-minute walk. 😊 We definitely recommend the place. The only thing that would still be practical would be a clothes rack.

We stayed for six nights, and we were very satisfied with our time here. Our check-in went very smoothly. Barthelemy and Nathalie were wonderful checking us in as well as checking in with us throughout our time when we had questions. They are amazing people. This place is close to the water. One observation is that the street can get a bit noisy from time to time with street traffic. Amazing value

We loved our stay in Caraíva. The house is wonderful, bucolic and well located between the river and the sea (it has exit for both) and is just steps from the village center. Undescribable sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up opening all the doors of the house to have access to a divine and blessed look. Relevant to praise Victoria who has provided us with a beautiful and full-blown breakfast every day, in addition to being extra sympathetic and receptive. Wagner always ready to assist us, even with all the procedures for arrival at the house. Super recommend ! We'll be back for sure ! Thank you so much !

Great house (like photos) and perfect location, next to the square. Very nice service. Suggestion would be air-conditioning in the main room and there's not much sunshine in the pool that got a little cold.

House is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable, well cared for. All the facilities you want while staying were there. Great rooms, all with private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, a delicious garden. Leonardo always answered and helped solve questions. Great accommodation!

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.
