Family-friendly holiday rentals in Vantaa

We spent a wonderful week at Ami’s cottage and had a fantastic time relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. Ami was an excellent host, maintaining clear and prompt communication throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Modern style home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Great design elements including furniture and floor to ceiling windows. We loved relaxing with the tranquil views and enjoyed time on the lovely covered deck area. It was wonderful to eat outside even when occasionally drizzling and not worry about getting wet. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We were able to buy all of the food we needed at the tiny market a couple of blocks from the home.

Very nice house, which is perhaps even better live than in the pics. In addition, Jari is a very polite and friendly host. The entire group of ours was very pleased with everything. I can warmly recommend the house and the host!

I travel extensively and this was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Apartment is better than the photos and Pihla is excellent at responding.

Oula’s place was just right for our requirements. As a party of four all requiring separate rooms, it fitted us perfectly. Lovely peaceful surroundings and a short drive from the centre of Helsinki. The place is stunning with lots of things to do inside. The BBQ was a great touch and the sauna and jacuzzi worked great. Our first impressions of Finland were made greater by staying here!

We were able to relax superbly in the Marius cottage by the water. Daily the deer say good morning and we were able to go out by rowing boat. The sauna is top. There are many pans and options for grilling. There is no cooking facility, but kettle and microwave are ready. It was a great fit for us. Mariu is helpful and was always available for questions. We will be happy to come back.

Large accommodation, very quiet, at the top with lovely light. So nice that there are spices and other things that you may need. Joonas is an incredibly proactive and communicative host!

The most beautiful things about this flat are its big almost panoramic windows and this stunning view from it. You feel like not being in the city but in a magic winter forest. The building and the flat aren't new but have their own charm. It is cozy there. It is also interesting to have this experience here of living in an authentic Finnish place. The flat is not far away from the metro station and this station has machines to buy tickets. The flat has everything you need: dishwasher, kitchen utensils and even a washing machine. Bed cloth and towels are of a very good quality. Sampsa, our host, is very helping, friendly and has answered very fast all our questions. Thanks a lot!

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. Very stylishly renovated and furnished. Our group (6 adults) slept comfortably here. We are also grateful that we had the chance to charge our electric car here. Nora was a kind host who replied to our inquiries quickly. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house!

Beautiful house by a small lake. Great lakeside sauna, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, easy and clear communication. Easily accessible even with public transport. Not exactly a quiet nature location though if that's what you're after (the hum of the highway is quite loud on the yard) but a pleasant and peaceful place nevertheless.

Fantastic stay in Helsinki. Walkable, convenient, quiet residential building less than 1 mile from everything! Super hosts!

We had the most magical time at Tuula's cottage! Tuula was extremely kind to pick us up and drop us at the bus station as we were travelling by foot. We wish we had more time to chat as Tuula seems to know so much about nature, orienteering and crafts! The cottage is charming and even with no running water, is extremely comfortable: the kitchen is perfectly equipped, showering in the sauna overlooking the lake is a wonderful experience, the composting toilet has its own little hand-washing device... We enjoyed the view from the front porch, did some stargazing, listened and observed birds (bring binoculars!), biked, hiked and picnicked in the park, swam and canooed on the lake, cooked on the fire outside, picked berries and mushrooms... There are so many things to do and enjoy in Nuuksio, our two-days stay felt much too short! We'd love to come back and absolutely recommend it! Perfect for our one night layover in Helsinki! Close to the airport and had a nice district within walking distance that had some nightlife and restaurants. I would recommend Kebab King - a 10 minute walk!

Just back after a fantastic 4 night stay. Really good communication around how to get there, how to get the key etc (including photos) which made it super easy to find and get settled in. The apartment itself is perfect; a really nice space. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable sofa for relaxing on. The location is spot on, next to the Kamppi shopping centre which has a couple of good supermarkets and is really central to the city and its attractions. We loved our stay - would def recommend!! Thank you!! 😁

We had a terribly nice stay at tina's place. Tiina was friendly and quick to respond. The accommodation was quiet and nice.

A beautiful and secluded location outside of Helsinki but just a 15min train to the centre of town. The perfect location to experience both the metropolitan and natural sides of Finland. We loved our stay, surrounded by snow and trees over Christmas. Eevamaria and her family has a Christmas tree setup for our stay which made it even more magical. The house has everything you could need and was perfect for our group of 6 people. Eevamaria was incredibly proactive at providing instructions and answering our questions before and throughout the stay. Would highly recommend!

The place is perfect for a stay in Helsinki. The location is great and most places are a walkable distance away. Had a great time there!

Katja is a great host, cozy home (great mattresses, no countertops, but a comfortable mattress that was great to sleep on), the kitchen equipment had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was clean. Comfortable quiet environment, close to the shop and to the center a few minutes by car. Parking just in front of the house. Katja communicated with us quickly and was accommodating and kind. I can highly (also 2 mates for me) recommend Katja and her place.

Everything went great. It’s a very beautiful flat, all details are right. Highly recommended!
