Unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of this newly renovated cottage, surrounded by farmland and forest, with a fantastic view of the beautiful lake in Stärkesmark. Depending on the season, there is the possibility of forest walks, mushroom and berry picking, swimming in the lake or cross-country skiing, all within walking distance of the cottage. Stärkesmark is located 15 km from Vännäs and 40 km from Umeå. In Vännäs, there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants. There is also a smaller grocery store in Tvärålund, 8 km away.

Fully-equipped guest house with fireplace in the bedroom. Heating/cooling with 2x air heat pumps/air conditioning. Proximity to nature and walks in rural surroundings. 25 km to Umeå C 5 km to the nearest grocery store. If I have the opportunity on your arrival date, transportation can be arranged from the airport to the accommodation for SEK 500. The living environment and the view have been described as paradise more than once, so we hope that you too will enjoy your visit. It doesn't get more Swedish countryside than this!

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - Sauna and hot tub to hire in an adjacent house. In that house there is also a small toilet with shower. In the house there is also a sofa bed which sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Lakan och handdukar och en del kaffe ingår. 1,5 km från E 12 i byn med Sverige näst längsta björkallé. Nära till naturreservatet Brånsjön, skidbacken Middagsberget, 4 km till centrala Vännäs och 30 km till centrala Umeå. Bussar inom gångavstånd. Djur finns på gården men gårdshuset är allergivänligt, inga djur vistas där. Wifi finns.

Washing machine, bathtub/shower. Towels and bed linen are included. Sports holiday: Ski slopes are in Vännäs, search for Middagsberget. Great for cross-country skiing around the corner. Nice views.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. A stone's throw from exercise trails, summer and winter. Walking distance to hospital, university and city center. Note: Part of villa, with its own entrance. The host lives in a completely separate part of the villa. Smoke and animal-free and respect the noise level after 10 pm!
