Refurbished guesthouse on a small horse farm

Small farmhouse, 45 sqm, 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower & washing machine, and combined kitchen/living area with TV, located on a small horse farm with all amenities. Sheets and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from the E12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Wifi is available.

The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of central Vännäs with walking distance to the center. The house was renovated in 2022 and includes a double bed as well as a sofa bed. Discover Vännäs on your vacation, here you will find beautiful hiking trails along the Vindelälven river, nice swimming lakes and the Ice Cream Farmer's own ice cream with flavors such as cloudberry cola and moosewort. Unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of this newly renovated cottage, surrounded by farmland and forest, with a fantastic view of the beautiful lake in Stärkesmark. Depending on the season, there is the possibility of forest walks, mushroom and berry picking, swimming in the lake or cross-country skiing, all within walking distance of the cottage. Stärkesmark is located 15 km from Vännäs and 40 km from Umeå. In Vännäs, there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants. There is also a smaller grocery store in Tvärålund, 8 km away.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique accommodation lets you sleep high up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 metres up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the autumn. Toaster, hot plate and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. - Sauna and hot tub to hire in an adjacent house. In that house there is also a small toilet with shower. In the house there is also a sofa bed which sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
