Holiday houses in Vanhamäki

As described, the house sits alone on a peninsula in the lake. The last 3 km lead via a forest path (easily accessible by car). The property offers ample space for activities of all kinds. Game and sports equipment is available but partly already heavily used. The house and other buildings are very nice and well appointed. Description and illustrated instructions for all devices are present. Everything works and there were no problems at all. Wi-Fi Internet is available and sufficient but not particularly fast. If several people want to stream, it's not enough. Outside Wi-Fi is available according to the description but did not work during our visit. A private jetty leads to the beautiful, clear lake. The boat is large enough for 4 people Only the provided (paid) motor is somewhat undersized. Rowing is sometimes faster😁. Overall a wonderful stay in the Finnish forest.

The apartment is clean and well located near the promenade . Everything worked as promised .

Beautiful chalet, super clean, very functional. The sauna is just perfect after a day of hiking. Communication and suggestions were very helpful!!! I would highly recommend it!

Apartment was exactly as described, just like the photos! The stay was very comfortable and had everything needed plus more. Easy check in and check out, the location is super peaceful with a private atmosphere. Juha and Paula are great hosts and were very welcoming and helpful the entire time. Gem of a place in Lahti!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Pirttilä. House is very modern and tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable, everything sparkling clean. The beach sauna is magnificent and we enjoyed swimming in the clean lake. We'd love to come back ☺️

The surroundings of the cottage were really beautiful and atmospheric inside! The cottage had all the necessary kitchen utensils and comfortable beds

My family and I were able to spend a few days in this quiet and clean place. It was responded to our requests quickly and kindly and the check in and check out was very easy. The small lake was warm enough for bathing and the sauna was a lot of fun for us. The children enjoyed taking a rowing boat trip without parents. In the forest we were able to find delicious porcine mushrooms and chanterelles... all around a few nice and relaxing days. We will be happy to come back and recommend this house.
