Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our farm is located at about 1,300 meters above sea level (the road is paved to the farm) with a magnificent view of the Mendelkamm and in the background the Cevedale glacier as well as lots of beautiful peaks that characterize our Alpine region. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the city, you can enjoy the untouched nature on our mountain farm. Experience everyday farm life with us. Cows, calves, cats, hens and a rooster live with us on the farm all year round.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

With the Mobilcard you can explore South Tyrol for free and enjoy free admission to many museums. Whether hiking or relaxing – here you can experience nature in picturesque scenery.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.

Apartment with a garden

The apartment is located in Wangen. Wangen is a small village in the municipality of Ritten and is located above Bolzano. From Bolzano we are 17km(20 min drive). You can reach us via Renon or through the Sarntal. Our village unfortunately has no grocery store. In front of the apartment is a sunbathing lawn and playground for children and a covered parking space is available for your car. In the same house is a restaurant where you can stop

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment "Reiterhof Flora" in San Genesio Atesino/Jenesien is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Elegant, bright and cozy apartment, completely renovated to guarantee a comfortable stay. Excellent location, very central and in any case in a quiet and exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park; 15 minutes walk from Bolzano station. Nearby you will find markets, cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pedestrian walks, cycle paths and even the Archaeological Museum. Maximum two people. Non-smoking only.
