We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

I had a wonderful stay at The Rustic Vilaa in Goa! The villa perfectly blends comfort with a charming, earthy aesthetic that feels both cozy and luxurious. The location is peaceful yet close enough to explore popular beaches and local hotspots. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The private pool and outdoor space were highlights—perfect for relaxing with friends. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. Highly recommend for a serene Goan getaway!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Kenneth was a good host and very accommodating of our needs, we had a great time staying at his place and would surely recommend it to everyone!

Really we loved the place. Great hospitality, immediate response from hosts. We felt very safe and secure, surrounded by beautiful nature. Property was well maintained, clean and created homely atmosphere. Pool was well maintained with certain temperatures and all. Overall it was a great experience with reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort,great ambience and value for money.

I have never stayed at a more beautiful Airbnb than this! The host was absolutely phenomenal. She is so responsive, always tries to make sure our stay was just perfect. She tries to accommodate us whenever possible and the staff she provides is very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend staying at this property or any that this host owns. We will be returning and have recommended her locations to family and friends. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

the stay in Roy place is really awesome it is very near to beach just 2 minutes walk from the beach moreover Roy is very helpful one time I miss the key his daughter came with the duplicate key to open the door that much helpful they are I really recommend this property for everybody who is looking near the beach moreover Roy is very responsive if you call anytime he will respond and apartment is clean and moreover it is affordable price those are looking for budget friendly apartment I really recommend this one it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach it is completely peaceful apartment The Neighbours are also very cooperative moreover I am giving 5 star rating

Me and my family were looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful South Goa. And we found the perfect stay. a beautiful little bunglow surrounded with even beautiful garden, and the pool 10steps from it. The home was clean, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The beach was a 5mins walk from the place and not at all crowded. Surrounded with great restaurants, and even a supermarket, we had ample choice to either cook with a fully functional kitchen, or order by swiggy, or just hop next door to a really good restaurants. The pool kept the kid happy and content. With monsoon in full swing, the place became a little paradise. I must mention that the host Jay was super prompt, and the care takers Pramesh and Kaveri were the sweetest and of great help. Thank you Jay for making it worth it.

Excellent place to stay in Goa. Colva Beach is walkable distance 1. 5 km. You get everything whatever you need to stay comfortably in the Flat. All types of shops are located in the surrounding area of the property. In future whenever we'll visit Goa, we'll prefer to stay in Mr Francis's Flat.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Majorda, Goa! The location was easy to find, and we had no trouble reaching the property. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance of popular spots like Camron and Martin’s Corner, which made dining out super convenient. The apartment was clean and well-maintained when we arrived. We appreciated having access to a water purifier, essential kitchen utensils, and even some basic masalas, all of which made our stay comfortable and homely. Our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He not only made sure we were settled in comfortably but also guided us with local recommendations, including great restaurant suggestions. The stay at Julie’s Sun-Kissed Villa was nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of our inquiry till the check out, the coordination from Julie and the property caretaker Narayan, was clear and proactive. The property was as described, with the interiors clean and tidy. We had a great time during our stay there, as the villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The only niggle we faced was with hot water in the bathroom, but that was probably because the weather was rainy and the bathrooms are equipped by solar heaters. Overall, this is a great place to spend time with your friends or even a family. I would recommend this for visitors.

We had an amazing stay here. The rooms are very spacious and we absolutely loved staying here. It is also very near to the beach and main road.

The Villa is the best deal you can ever get in the South. Its pretty close to the railway station all the guidance is provided by the owner very well. The moment you reach there the Care Taker is the best deal you get in this purchase believe me or not. His name is Sultan. He is at his foot, You need help with any issue even late in the night he will be there. He is the cherry on the cake. Make sure to book this property if visiting the south.

Hyacinth was accommodating from pre booking and even more friendly when we met him. He did not rush us at all and invested a lot of time in the beginning to make sure we had no other questions. Communication was brilliant and sometimes he would even respond within minutes. Always helpful and would get things resolved efficiently. Place was better than described in my opinion and clean was friendly too and we got along with him great. All you have to do is just tell him to clean where you require the most and he will do it. We will definitely stay with him again !
