Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Nowhere Hut

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. La Cabane est située entre rivière à 10 m et terrasse sur étang . Pas de vis à vis . Logement équipé de 2 chambres séjour et salle de bain avec tout le confort nécessaire (hors chauffage) L’étang est entièrement privatisé lors de votre séjour, avec pêche libre 1 animal (max) est accepté si il est éduqué. Respectueux de la faune environnante et non fugueur. Les enfants sont sous votre entière responsabilité. Pas de wifi . Bon Séjour !

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Au cœur du parc naturel du Morvan, cette maison de campagne lumineuse et paisible est entourée de prés où paissent les vaches. La maison est idéale pour un séjour au calme ou du télétravail. Exposée plein sud, elle reste fraîche l’été et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines. Le jardin privé permet de profiter pleinement de la campagne : repas en plein air, hamacs sous les pommiers et longues soirées à regarder les étoiles. Des oeufs frais vous attendent tous les matins.
