Monthly Rentals in Van Damme State Park

Mark and Shay’s place was a perfect getaway in the woods that had us fall in love with the area. So grateful to get a chance to stay in Little River and learn more about the area before we decided to purchase a home here. Perfect accommodations, thanks again for having us and our two dogs.

Our stay was lovely! Amy was quick to respond and the property was beautiful, restful, and exactly as described in the listing. We had a great few days and hope to visit again!

This was the best Airbnb I've stayed at. The hosts really are great people and we felt welcomed from the get-go. They were always helpful and friendly. The property is lovely and spacious, both inside and out. It shows that the hosts put a lot of care and effort into creating a beautiful space. We felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wish we were here longer, but we'll be back. :)

Book this place. The owners are SO kind - we had a travel snaffu and they totally worked with us even though they didn’t have to. The space is stunning - the views are insane - the bed is SO comfortable - the kitchen is fabulously stocked… honestly, we stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best. The property is shared with the larger house next door but we didn’t hear a peep or see anyone. Communication was seamless, we truly felt so welcomed and taken care of. It’s a quick drive to Mendocino which has a grocery store and is a fabulous place to spend the day. Make sure you download info before you arrive, there’s no cell service at the house, but the wifi is super quick and I was able to do a video call no problem. Thank you for having us!
